2019 Emerging Food trends and NZ Market Applications

This quote is applicable everywhere but is especially relevant to our industry. You are always looking for something new, something fresh and it becomes our responsibility to, for lack of a better word, cater to these demands because if we don't, then we become outdated and get left behind.

This situation is aggravated by social media, due to which the world has become such a small place and everyone is aware of what is available elsewhere. It is changing your customers' expectations.

At Southern Hospitality we make a significant effort to understand these industry changes, we feel it is important to help our customers deliver new and innovative food concepts to the New Zealand market.

Southern Hospitality's own Tony Taylor and Mark Wylie have been travelling around New Zealand visiting our various branches to hold the Emerging Trends event and we have been met with great success. All of their sessions in 2018 were fully packed so they continuing this series in 2019 and will be conducting the event in Tauranga, Napier, Manukau, Albany and Whangarei.
