Southern Hospitality is proud to be involved in fitting out MASU the latest Sky City restaurant

MASU, Located in Auckland's Sky City; is due to open to the public on Monday 14 Oct.

MASU features in the up coming TV3 show: Testing the Menu, premiering 7.00pm Saturday 12 October 2013.

Southern Hospitality’s involvement was supply and installation of kitchen equipment, including:

  • Supply and install of Waldorf Bold cookline with an  Ambach bratt pan for tempura cooking
  • Supply and install Skope under bench refrigeration
  • Starline CD150 dishwasher and UD for glassware
  • Supply and install New Zealand’s first ‘true’ Robata Grill
  • Custom Stainless from PJL, including custom fish prep bench/sink
  • Supply and install of Cool rooms, including Tonon shelving
  • Supply of kitchen smalls and light equipment
  • Supply and install of Halton hoods including water wash hoods
