Orange Never Looked So Good

The change to the orange setting in the Covid-19 traffic light system from 11.59pm on 13th April could not have come sooner for Hospo.

With no limits on the number of people who can be at hospitality venues- either indoors or outdoors- it's time for Hospo to gear up and get back to some normality. Traffic Light Cocktail

• 25ml Midori
• 30ml Gold Tequila
• 15ml Sloe Gin
• 60ml Orange Juice
• Splash of Sour Mix

1. Use a tall glass, add ice and pour over Midori and tequila. Add a splash of the sour mix
2. Slowly add the orange juice by gently pouring down the side of the glass before layering the sloe gin on top
3. Garnish with fruit like cherry and orange
